“Cheson, are you sure you want to do that?” Duge blurted out abruptly.

“Let’s hypothesize what might happen if you report to the God-king,” Duge said with a smile, “I guess, the first command the God-king would give after knowing this is telling you to stop me at all costs and take the Origin of Mankind from me, right?”

Cheson nodded subconsciously.

“See, even you can guess the God-king’s order,” Duge said, looking at Cheson, “What would happen after receiving the order? There are probably two possibilities, first, you are defeated by me, and I certainly won’t spare you, after all, you betrayed me, you are an enemy.

Second, you manage to win by luck and help the Thorne Divine Tribe to retrieve the Origin of Mankind. But what awaits you will be the God-king’s suspicion, I think! He probably won’t allow someone who knows the secret to absorbing all the abilities of the Origin of Mankind to live.”

“I don’t know the method,” Cheson argued.

“I’ll tell you,” Duge said with a smile.
